I used Bazzill Kraft cardstock for the base and layered up with black card (gutted the middle of the cardstock of course). The patterned base paper is Almanac Libre (reverse side) and this is layered up with pieces from the main side of the same paper plus pieces cut from the equally fabulous Almanac Edison. These papers just lend themselves to being cut into smaller pieces and layered.
The clock pieces, sentiments and small letters used for the title and sub-title are all cut from the Libre patterned paper.
I made the two paper butterflies by using a Tando Creative Butterflies Mask piece as a template, drew around it and cut it out. I added some pink pearl gems to the centres. The largest butterfly I made using the same Mask and some of the Personal Impressions Canvas Cloth sheets. They are easy to cut using a die-cut machine but can be cut quite easily using a sharp pair of scissors. Using the Tando Mask, I inked the shading onto the butterfly shape using a Memento Rich Cocoa dye ink pad and added some pink pearl gems to finish.
