Mad Scrappers Club

The Mad Scrappers Club (a name they chose themselves), is based at the Nook, South Shields and has been running for over 2 years.  The club is run on a membership basis, which includes a monthly kit (contents and sample layouts shown on this blog each month) and tea/coffee/biscuits (sometimes cake).

Each member has table space of their own in a modern church hall.  Paper cutter, templates, craft punches, BigShot etc., are provided for club use.  Monthly scrapbook layout samples with written instructions are also provided (or you can do your own thing).

There is also a monthly Prize Draw of £10 (split into 2 x £5 winners), which can be spent in the shop on the night.  I bring along an assortment of goodies from The Scrapbook Garden shop and members often get 'first dibs' of all the new products before I put them in the shop!

Why not try before you commit to the club membership (which is paid bi-monthly).  If you would like to join us, please email me at:

The first (of 2 club nights) this month is tonight.  Looking forward to seeing you ladies.  I will be back tomorrow with some photo's from the Mad Scrappers.  See you then.  Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Sounds great. Hope you get some new members. I would if I could.....

  2. We would love you to be here with us ionabunny.... you are already our adopted 'Mad Scrapper' from afar! lol x

  3. It's good fun and great to share ideas, even if some people do insist on using icky stuff like buttons on layouts!

  4. It could have been worse... it could have been confetti! lol x
